tfishell: I don't want the games myself but my message remains
less curation so I don't mind them being here. We should have the "Hide porn" option in catalog though.
This has been discussed in other topics but I think it can be crystallized again here. The issue with such an option is that these games are not so clear-cut.
Take for example the post immediately after yours which describes one of today's releases:
The protagonist has a broken brain, where all beings except Saya look like walking piles of raw meat. This one is horror lovecraftian, madness is likely the only form of happiness to be found.
This description certainly does not fit a traditional idea of "mindless titillation" or whatever other such terms by which people tend to categorize and dismiss "porn." In fact it sounds like this game and perhaps Dead End Aegis too are meant as serious artistic pieces, which so happen to have adult content as key part of their effect. Other adult games here such as VenusBlood have lots of strategy or other such gameplay.
How much adult content before it is considered "porn" becomes the question and I don't see how there would be an easy to answer to that. To hide simply "mature content" would encapsulate several other games sold here which people do not say are "porn." For example, should The Witcher games be included in a "Hide porn" filter? Not everything with nudity is "porn," but would a "No Nudity" filter perhaps be the most accurate compromise?
