Thank you for the info. Bought it back in 2015 and it was worth every penny. But it is never too late to try it, although when a Codemasters racing game goes free that usually doesn't end well :/. Let's hope that it is just a normal giveaway ;). Cheers

It's not adding to my library. From the reviews, I'm not the only one. Since it registers as redeemed, though, I think it will show up eventually.
I guess developer of said game doesn't want to make money on GOG!?
If it is a windows game on a personal computer; why ain't it on GOG too, is there a bias against this store or something!?

Probably GOG doesn't like racing games.

On a more serious note, most moder-ish Codemasters racing games have online features, wich may be difficult to implement DRM-free or without Steam. Can only find 11 Codemasters games on the store.

Either way, the game should vanish very soon, so grab it while you can.

Since pirates can do it (quick google search), so then Codemasters, they just don't want to release their games here. The bad news don't end here though, If I'm not mistaken, once the license expires for the cars used in the game, they won't be able to publish them again without paying again (which at that point the costs might be more than the revenue).

Unlike action games, rpg's etc, car games are a bit iffy due to their licensing, so chances of these games coming here are even slimmer than the rest.
Without you guys I wouldn't have known if the game was free for just a short time period, thanks :)!

The word in the street is that precise reason is why previous racing games were already unable to be sold, like Dirt3 and Showdown. They were gone after being offered for free...

Yeah, it was free on humble bundle 2 weeks ago and now directly on steam...
Demanding but enjoyable, it's the renewal of the license and the game of rally par excellence. It offers the classic rally, but also the rallycross and the hill climb.

Just to give everyone a heads-up, the download problems seem to have been fixed. I just downloaded and installed DiRT Rally from the Steam client. Good luck and happy racing!

So how do you claim it? Or is it too late?
