A week ago I sent a message to Support requesting a refund for Stronghold Crusader 2 and Stronghold Crusader 2: Special Edition. They still haven't responded, which is unfortunate since the sale is approaching its end and I would like to be able to spend that money on other games. I've seen other people get assistance from GOG staff on the forums in similar situations, so I figured I should try that out.
