I didn't receive game in downloads, however funds were taken from my bank account. There are no games listed under my games purchased and I didn't receive any confirmation of my purchase.

I created ticket 4 days ago, received and email right away stating I would hear back in 24-48 hours... which I haven't.

I also didn't see the game or any other of my GOG games after I installed GOG after a long time and purchased CP2007.

For me it helped to follow one of those account refresh links. There, in your browser of choice, you can see all of your owned GOG games even if GOG Galaxy still doesn't. I selected CP2077, clicked 'download and install now' and it downloaded a small download client. That client added the game (manually) to GOG Galaxy and I could start downloading the complete game there. The next day all my other games also showed up. No idea why GOG Galaxy behaved that way but at least it works now.

That's the problem it doesn't even show in the browser much less GOG galaxy. It doesn't even show I ordered any product whatsoever. Yet my bank account was charged ...

Thank you, however I've tried it numerous times already and again just now. It doesn't show any games. I also never received an confirmation email of my order. So under order history there's nothing as well. Yet my paypal and bank account were charged.

Where is GOG support? I purchased the game December 11th and have not received a single thing from them. They basically stole my money at this point. No confirmation email, no game... nothing. Support says they'll response in 24-48 hours. They have not.

Creating a ticket on the 13th for a game purchased on the 11 and that ticket being "four days ago" on the 13th is a truly magnicifient achievement - seems like OP invented timetravel -.-.

Regarding the support response - we just had weekend where they only had a skeleton crew and they had their biggest Release of the year just on Thursday so they might require a bit longer to respond - i guess you should give them 2-3 more days.

Should they not respond by then you can try to speeden up the process by contacting https://www.gog.com/u/ponczo_/chat ponczo via chat.


Also regarding the "money" taken you sure that the money got actually withdrawn or only "preauthorized" because the transaction did not fully go through? If the charge is only preauthorized it should disappear itself within a few days.

I received a response, it said that my ticket has been open and to let them know if there's additional information that may be of use. I then sent them paypal transaction id and a screenshot of the transaction going through.
UPDATE - NOTHING, I have heard no response from GOG. Does their support exist? You took my money and gave me nothing......................
Sent message to them on twitter, since ya know they have time to promote, but not fix the current issues they have...
