Creating a ticket on the 13th for a game purchased on the 11 and that ticket being "four days ago" on the 13th is a truly magnicifient achievement - seems like OP invented timetravel -.-.
Regarding the support response - we just had weekend where they only had a skeleton crew and they had their biggest Release of the year just on Thursday so they might require a bit longer to respond - i guess you should give them 2-3 more days.

Also regarding the "money" taken you sure that the money got actually withdrawn or only "preauthorized" because the transaction did not fully go through? If the charge is only preauthorized it should disappear itself within a few days.
