ok, you could give GOG some days more and respond to the ticket mail (ldeally with an attached payment receipt) to bring it up on their side. i could imagine that the assignment between the payment and your gog account/purchase is lost due to technical problems.

If that does'nt help, your could ask your bank to rollback the money transfer.

Yeah, I'm trying to be patient, but when you say you're going to respond in 24-48 hours and you're not even close, that's bad service.

I also have the same problem. It happened on 5 days ago. I sent email to them but still not receive any update about my issue.

That's a shit excuse really. If you have time to take money from customers, you should have time to respond to support tickets. In 7 days it will be 1 month since i originally submitted my ticket. That's shit support.

all these excuses , oh no corona , oh no winter sale , oh no anything and we cant afford enough support team to deal with the tickets , are totally unacceptable at least for me
if they want to sell these products they should provide enough support service with them
Welcome to GOG, where there is no support, because of (pick one or more)
- Covid
- a sale
- a new game relese (that CDPR fucked up pretty good)
- nothing out of the ordinary

If I were you, I‘d already got my money back through Paypal.
