I got a email from Support team : We’d like to let you know that your ticket (#1353319) is currently being processed, and one of us will get back to you as soon as possible.
so someone will investigate my case right ?

I already suggested contacting a staff member, since this is about a lost account. Starting multiple threads on the forum isn't going to speed things up.
