Wow, seems like indeed chatbot is gone, I just checked on my side and I could immediately create the ticket.

Maybe GOG's new anti spam bot procedure killed their own chat bot in the process.

I'm a bit sad though, I never got to meet the chat bot myself, but I'll manage with such a loss.
