It sounds insane to me that GOG turned into one of "those" companies, but these are crazy times we're living in and I don't know what to believe anymore. I mean even in this topic there is a user practically saying not just that it's true, but that it is justified.

Secondly neither of them give any proof that accounts where even deleted, let alone due to a dispute.

First link takes you to a highlighted post about not receiving a reply, it should be well known that since COVID GOG support has been overwhelmed, numerous sales and Cyberpunk has added to that so waiting a week such as that post says in your first link is no time at all. Even when they are not as I said a week is no time at all, certainly not long enough just to say right I've had no reply so i'm going to open a dispute, which is what they did.
Second link is just someone online saying it could. I could say GOG are going to release NOLF tomorrow. Does that make it true no.
Personally I wouldn't worry about it.
covid is nearly one year long by now , they are just understaffed
