OP don't ever play without PlugY mod. Never, ever.

Main thing around Diablo is - chest.
And vanilla chest - sux.

Is there a good wide screen patch out? I know there are patches but they were clunky as hell. It made me uninstall it from my new PC else I'd be playing it right now.

Buy some curtains. Actually, I haven't played in years. Are you having problems scaling it while keeping the AR?

Aspect ratio. 4:3 game would display with black bars on the right & left with a widescreen monitor instead of stretching & distorting the image.

Ganni1987: So I've started this game recently in Single Player and I'm enjoying it a lot but I couldn't find a difficulty adjuster. Further reading online I found about the Nightmare and Hell modes, can I unlock those in Single Player mode too?

I know a few of you here play/ed the game and would like your insight.

PS: I have no intention of creating a B.net account, all I wish to know is if I can play those difficulties in single player and maybe LAN in the future.
Just to add, if you want a harder game then there are a fair few mods out there, Zy-El for instance can ramp up the difficulty.
