*sigh*

So the projected Thursday came and went, and nothing up on Humble I guess. No tweet, no Kickstarter info, no discount, nothing.

The Humble Store's time zone lets me doubt whether there will even be an update today... :(

Apologies for double posting, but so far, no confirmation has surfaced that Dreadlocks has uploaded the Enhanced Edition to Humble DRM free. Anyone able to confirm that it's still the same old setup file... ? It's been nine days since the Steam upload...

Instead, a fair bit of new bugs have surfaced in the Steam forums. Trouble with the new save system, it seems, and some changes to replenishing resources seems to have missed the mark of balanced game design a good bit.

More than three weeks after the Steam release of the Enhanced Edition aaaaaaand... still nothing on Humble.

People have asked for that build, especially in Kickstarter comments, so at least a few of the original backers are very interested. The devs have stated that it might be uploaded 'next week'... but that would have been last week.

I am beginning to ask myself if GOG's rejection of the game is somehow tied to Dreadlocks' erratic disregard of a DRM free version.

That is just incredibly sad. 26 years, wow. :(

Still, after one full month of the Enhanced Edition on Steam, I guess the devs still haven't put anything on Humble...

and ask the developers what sense it could even make to buy the there advertised Humble Store version when the DRM free version of the Enhanced Edition isn't even supplied almost six weeks after the Steam release. :(

Dreadlocks Ltd. has as of yet, more than two months after releasing the Enhanced Edition on Steam, not even managed to upload a DRM free version for their Humble customers. It's a complete disaster, sadly.

Even if they somehow got green light for a GOG release for some reason, I sincerely doubt they'd even have the technical capabilities to give the GOG guys a version of Dex that GOG can upload.

I have my mind set on other games in the meantime. Thank god I didn't buy from Humble in anticipation of that release.
