Devotion is the new game made by the developer of Detention.
It was "Overwhelmingly Positive (4,032)" on Steam several hours ago.

However, some gamers noticed that, the game have "習近平小熊維尼" in it, which means "Xi Jinping Winnie-the-Pooh".
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xi_Jinping

Due to the issue, tens of thousands of Chinese gamers changed their rating.
The game become "Mixed (12,980)" now.

UPDATE:
Q: Why Chinese can not say "Xi Jinping Winnie-the-Pooh"?
A:
There was an Winnie-the-Pooh picture come with the string: "Find the thing you love and stick with it."
Xi Jinping love his career so much and forced Government of China to drop term limits on the presidency.
That is, "Xi find the thing he love and stick with it."

What do you mean, "in it"?
I'll just add this review as well, in case other people than me don't get it and wanna to look it up.

Review:
"Devotion got review-bombed because a hidden easter egg in the game depicts Xi Jinping, the supreme leader of communist China, as an evil cultist emperor. It's really funny that the reviews are overwhelming positive before the easter egg was discovered. The oppressed are unironically defending their oppressor. This is exactly what a cult looks like.

Game itself is decent as a horror walking simulator. The only thing I dislike is the movement speed."

The string appeared in a in-game item.
Those Easter eggs are tricky little buggers.

Or maybe they just are nationalistic and defend their leader? There's nothing wrong with that.

Are you asking/telling me that, or just in general? I don't care one way or the other since it doesn't concern me, it's up to the chinese whether they enjoy their leadership or not.
Maybe it earns social score downvoting the game...

Just like Internet censorship, the west will follow. We may scream tyranny now, but in due time there will be arbitrary reasons to justify the same thing over here. And then it will be for the greater good.

That documentary made me wanna puke.

All part of gaining a better rating in the Social Credit System. :)
Review-bombing a game because it mentions a political hot-button issue isn't exactly unique to China. I mean, yeah, this is stupid and creepy, but before we all point and laugh at those crazy foreigners, maybe take a look at the reviews of literally any game that has LGBT characters in it.

Not to forget any game that's percieved as racist/sexist/something-phobic. Which, in most cases, are hyperbolic reactions from people that are firing each other up and have never played the game.

They are protecting their domestic interests, as they should.
This is actually respectable, disregarding what people coonsider of the Chinese government.
