Been a casual gog user, played gwent practically every day, until, unfortunately, somebody stolen my account. Gog support just didnt even answer me after the automated letter, although i even can see how this account is called right now, so i asume that you shouldnt be all that serious with them and never really rely on them will you ll face some problem with this games. So i lost like 650 hours, full collection cbt account. Beware!

So have you considered the following:

A: It's GWENT. You didn't lose that much.

B: The GOG Staff are busy with many things and projects. They are also hiring.

C: Weekends, bank holidays, and normal holidays apply.

How long have you been waiting for a reply?

Edit: wait, what are you talking about? If you can use this account here on forums, how can you say it was stolen? (I can see on your profile those 650h of Gwent)

Do you use two factor authentication? How could someone then steal your account?
Someone stole my account and now everyone thinks I'm the greatest Hammerwatch player of all time.

I sent the guy a long letter thanking him.

If the account is stolen how are you still posting on the account right now?

Maybe the account stealer is trolling? Posting a message that they've stolen the account to simply brag.

More likely is that he has been using the "remember me" option so that he has a cookie keeping his GOG session alive, but can not change his password because it's been changed to something he doesn't know.

Just tried to change my password to test this. It turns out you can't without access to email, they send you a password reset link. So unless OP clarifies a couple of things...
