This is interesting. I haven't used Dark Horse yet - are there no .pdf downloads at all or are they limited to only some titles like comixology? That's the one thing I check before every puchase now. I grabbed a few freebies during, what SXSW?, and just archived any that I couldn't dl (without even reading...) Yep, I don't even do DRM combined with free. :)

It's pretty straightforward to download the JPGs that comprise the comics from the Dark Horse viewer. If you open up a comic in their viewer, and use the Element Selector that come in most browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.), you'll find the link to download the individual pages. They're not as high-quality as they could be, but it's got decent quality.

Just copy and paste that into another tab, and save it.
