Comixology has b1g1f on all marvel books, and they and dark horse both have b1g1f on Dark Horse books, and they both stack with earlier sales for some great pricing.
Humble Transformers 2019 is out. Lots of repeats but probably enough to make it worth my getting it anyway... the whole Unicron series, the last few Optimus Prime, Till All Are One and Lost Light that I don't have...

It will mean I bought stuff like MTMTE about 4 times over though :)
I just picked this up a few days ago. I cannot find a reading list that pertains specifically to the volumes in this IDW Transformers bundle. There seems to be missing content, so I hobbled it together the best I could. Would it be possible for someone to post a reading order for the main continuity in this bundle? Please, and thanks in advance! :D

The orders in the IDW collections might give you an idea on which comic to read first.

I am afraid that does not answer my question. The comments in your link about the way they ordered things in the IDW Collections suggest that it was thrown together without much thought as to the placement of things. Thanks for replying though.

Hey, yea! I think that is what I was wanting. Good find btw. :D
I really wish more comic companies (esp when they own near or the full run) would be more friendly to new readers - esp when they want people to buy bundles and volumes. A simple reading order and easy to read completed listings would be invaluable for many newbies who just can't work out what goes where (Esp when some have concurrent series or series that intertwine and swap over and reboots).

General question but the reading order post above also lists many that are not included. Is this a complete listing of ALL the Transformers stuff that is currently published and on Comixology by IDW? Classics and everything?

This is the one I think I used last.

The most frustrating is reboots, especially since mid-series they renamed Robots in Disguise to just Transformers.

Couldn't agree more. I feel like I wish for a reading order in every second Humble Comics Bundle ... Sometimes you can find one in the depths of the internet but often enough not, especially when it comes to minor publishers.

Yep and it gets even more complex when they start pulling out volumes that collect together series. Esp if the volume is cross-series so collects a few. It's very easy to get turned around and pick up a volume you don't need or to wind up with bits in issues and in volumes.

Some series also have patchy volumes - eg Witchblade has a host of volumes for the latter issues but nothing for the earlyones. Granted in print its a lot of work to produce, but they could at least collect them digitally for little extra cost.
Shazam! Sale, Up To 83% Off. Ends 4/29/19

It looks like "Shazam!: Origins" is a pretty good place to start if you never read his comics before. Which is the situation I am in actually. I was more of a fan of the DC animated movies he has been in, and never put much thought into reading the comic until now.

Be cautious of Shazam!: A Celebration of 75 Years. From what I have researched, and heard from reviews. It is not a very good representation of the history of Captain Marvel, or the entire story behind his origin. So I feel like it can be skipped in favor of something with content that you can read from beginning to end, and get a richer experience.

Pretty much the only comics I read are Sonic the Hedgehog. I bought Issue 0 of the Archie-produced Sonic comic back in the early 90s, when it first hit store shelves, and have on-again/off-again kept up with it. Oh, the dismay when I finally got back into it regularly, reading every issue every month of both Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Universe, via Comixology, just to have Archie cancel both series only a couple years later. :-(

At least IDW is now making a Sonic comic with a whole new storyline (not related to the Archie story at all), complete with new characters (and many characters no longer in it due to licensing... RIP Sally). The IDW Sonic is my only Comixology subscription now.
So the Comixology pages for Transformers confused me as to what was in what continuity or series sooo

https://warminiatures.wordpress.com/2019/04/03/transformers-comics/

I made a listing that sorted them all out! I also stuck links to comixology in there to make it easy to find them on their site (non affiliate links). I've not time-line ordered it, but I've included links to the two reading lists suggested above. Anyone confused by the listing for the Humble Bundle deal on Transformers should find this of help I hope.

If you notice any mistakes please do say and I'll edit in the changes.
Very well done my hat wearing Husky friend! I don't notice anything out of place, but that maybe just because I am new to Transformers comics. Thank you for doing that. It looks like it took allot of time to put together. :D
