Long story short....My game was crashing constantly. I uninstalled and reinstalled GOG to my C drive. Now my game and all my progress is gone and I can't redeem my code since it gives my a message that's it's being redeemed by someone.. which is me..Checked the library again and again and nothing

I contacted GOG and CDPR Support but haven't gotten any feedback yet

Where did you get the code, you might have been victim of a key-reseller

Got it online from Gamestop..I don't think anything shady happened.. I was playing it this morning but was crashing constantly..Saw a reddit post stated to relocate your GOG folder to your C drive..I did that but my game is now gone and I can't reuse my code

Got the digital edition..Used the game card to enter the code..This is completely weird as my account won't register Cyberpunk at all..And I have the saves from when the game was installed on my D drive before I moved GOG to my C drive

Well, in the meantime, let me offer you what consolation I can... every minute you can't play it is still at least another minute closer to another patch which may make the crashes go away and give you a better gameplay experience in the long run.

The game is probably still there - I'm guessing something happened when you moved GoG (Galaxy) to a new drive.

You can't redeem the code because you already did - if on the website here you go to Your Account - Games - click - do you see it? Or do you just not see it in Galaxy?

Also - was the code a GoG code or a Steam code? Maybe you only see it in Galaxy because you can link Galaxy to your Steam account and play Steam games via Galaxy.

The first thing I would do if I were you would be to go into Galaxy and see if you can redirect where it "looks" for installed games. I don't use Galaxy so I'm not sure the process.

But I'm guessing when you uninstalled Galaxy and reinstalled it, it "lost" where your Cyberpunk directory is. Do you know how to browse files on your computer using Explorer?

Previously you stated you own a physicial copy redeemed on gog, and now the "digital edition". Which is it?

Edit: for the record your profile shows you as owning one game but not what. when linked to the account page earlier you said it only shows witcher #1 which gog keeps wanting you to buy.
Have you foolishly made two accounts?

The physical copy comes with a card that has a GOG key on it, 2 soundtrack discs, and other goodies (maps, posters, post cards, etc) so the physical edition is also a digital edition.
