Hello everyone. I would like to know why after two years from the purchase of the cyberpunk key I was removed the game without any warning, excuse my English but I am Italian and I can not find any method to contact support except a useless bot

That "useless" bot is the option to contact support.

Did you buy the key from a reseller? If you did it was probably stolen.

Anyways, to contact support, just keep telling the bot it's useless.

the only thing made me write my email address without ever being contacted I had been given the code I do not know if I can write from which site it was purchased. but can it really be stolen? I didn't know

• The chatbot should prompt you for information to create a support ticket, if you repeatedly say its suggestions weren't helpful.
• You can bypass the chatbot with a user style.
• Supposedly directly e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com also works. If you bought the game from a grey market, you're almost certainly not getting it back. In any case, support will tell you for sure.

The key most likely wasn't stolen, but it was purchased with a stolen card/bank account info. Then it was resold on the website you're unwilling to name. That's why it was cheaper than from the official sources. And when owner of the stolen card figured out what happened, they probably had to deal with all the bureaucratic machine to get the money back, and GOG was obliged to revoke the game bought with it. It sucks for everybody - for people losing money, gamers losing games, and stores having to deal with unhappy customers...

But, like Ice_Mage wrote, you'll have to contact the Support to be sure if that's what happened.

This is a common issue, key reseller are often stolen keys, when something sound to good to be true, it's because it isn't. Sorry my friend but you have been scammed :/
GOG is not responsable for keys obtained outside their strore, the best case sceneario is to contact the strore it sold it to you, and see if you can get a refound (I doubt it) or at least report the seller.

Sorry for your loss. Let it be a lesson that buying from these gray market resellers without protections is gambling, and your bet was a bad one. I've never had a kay revoked that I bought on a reseller site, but if I did, it wouldn't bother me. Just a few $ and I knew it was a risk when I bought from there.

Some people have to find out for themselves. Not picking on the original poster but when I try and tell people to stay away from those vendors, they tell me "Well, I've never had a problem with them, bro. LOL"

it was a lesson for those who unfortunately gave it to me. I have never used these sites also because I hardly buy on day one and I prefer to wait for offers from gog or other official resellers like steam. just for a bank account security. thank you again all the users who have replied very kind thanks.
