I recently had an amazing interaction with Daniel "Dovaknight".

The interactions that I had with him were memorable, and it has made me into a bigger fan of GOG and
CD Projekt.

He was diligent, prompt, and understanding.

The way he acted must have been inline with your organizations ideals, and I am certain he brings great value to your organization.

I'm glad you had a good experience. I can say that the vast majority of my dealings with gog customer support have been positive.

Support are generally very good, that is one big positive you can say about GOG. In terms of thanking them, you can direct chat and you should also get an email asking how it went.

Every experience I've had with GOG support has been superb. They're friendly, helpful and they go above and beyond. One issue I had literally was 100% on my end yet they still continued to try to help me figure SOMETHING out to solve the issue.
