Given that Crysis (2007) came to GOG in 2016(?), and Crysis 2 (2011) isn't here, yet (they're basically two years "behind schedule", so to speak), probably doesn't bode well.

who knows, GOG either hasnt gotten the permission for it, or hasnt pursued it for whatever reason, it might happen at some point but I wouldn't hold your breath for it either.

Yeah, well - GOG can only sell games, to which the rights holder (here: Crytek/EA) gives its ok.

If Crytek/EA don't want the game to be sold here on GOG, GOG has no leverage to change that.

Maybe Crysis and Crysis Warhead stayed behind expectations when it comes to sales numbers, so that Crytek/EA think, a release of Crysis 2 is not worth it?
None of us will ever know.

The best advice is to simply wait. Maybe it will come at some point, maybe it won't.
However - I wouldn't hold my breath, if I were you.
@BreOl72,

it s not for me . I have already played it and Crysis 1 and 3 as well . But it would be nice to see it here because it s worthy . It s a great game even nowadays .

This gives me a reminder that I need to do some hack so I can finish the game as the copy protection started screaming mid-game even I have certainly bought it legally from a trusted shop. A bit of searching tells me it should be doable. Something about Microsoft blocking the type of DRM the game came with.
See, Crysis 1 and Crysis Warhead were probably easy to bring to GOG b/c they were out before the client-app era began & took off.

Crysis 2 and 3 probably ain't on GOG b/c they were on Steam and Origin - that's right, on services with client-app programs and those services have proprietary features.

So, they'd probably have to re-work all of those Origin and Steam features - and bring those over to GOG Galaxy.
I think EA have shown they have no interest in figuring out how to remove their activation DRM from games that required it. That's why we haven't gotten stuff like Crysis 2 and Dragon Age 2, IMO. EA just doesn't want to bother.

Also Crysis 2 has one of the few actually good remasters out there, and I don't think EA have the rights to that? I think Crytek owns it all now, or something. And Crytek doesn't seem to like DRM free.
I am about to write 8 negative reviews for Electronic Arts (EA) published video games on Steam in the next six months.

Actually in the next six or so months after I finish playing the video games to get their stories I will be writing about twenty five negative reviews for video games on my Steam account for Electronic Arts (EA), MicroSoft, and SEGA.

So that they release ALL of their video games 100% Digital Rights Management (DRM) free for sale on gog.com. Not just one video game or four video games every five years or what ever.

Maybe nothing will happen who knows, but at least I am doing something about it.
i played The Division 1 and 2 first and then Crysis 2 m.ed. and i was shocked how good it was ! Neither 1 nor 3 but Crysis 2 m.ed. is so great .
