nijuu: Has anyone found any scifi (not steampunk) rpg's on KS? (or more specifically turn based ones?)
Consortium is an SF RPG, but it's first person action, not turn based.
American McGee's OZombie project changed its name to "Oz Action Adventure" in the hope of having people less confused (because the game didn't really have zombies). More changes in presentation are expected soon.

Unfortunately no and I can't understand why. A mix mash of similar Mass Effect universe in a gameplay/engine of Dragon Age Origins had been an awesome setup.
This one looks nice for JRPGs fans:

Recently no, but in the last year you can find at least Wasteland 2 and Shadowrun Retuns
A Kickstarter for a book version of the Prelude series for the Dreamkeepers graphic novel saga (which I really like), just search for it on kickstarter by typing Dreamkeepers Prelude Collection (can't post links yet it seems, bah)

Oh and this is my first post on these forums btw.

EDIT: So after some consideration I decided to back the project with 80USD (shipping costs outside of US added 30USD on top of the 50USD option).

I'd categorise both as more post-apocalyptic than scifi, although granted it's a sub-genre. Both have futuristic elements, but I still agree with nijuu that it would be nice to have more of a Mass Effect style setting 2D RPG, or other some such clearly scifi setting.

That's a good choice. I am tired of zombies. That topic has been done to death and my fist thought when reading 'OZombie' was "Oh no. Not another one. Aren't you five years late to jump on the bandwagon, McGee?"

There's voting now going on the Kickstarter page regarding the name. Also, an Alice project will be up hopefully soon to buy the movie rights back and create an animated short. (That's why I found the Alice cards project.)

Was just looking at this, liking the look so far, and I love me some Turn based strategy :)

I like strategy games, especially turn-based ones, but these backer levels...
$20 for the digital game
$25 if you want the manual (and the game, of course)

For that price point, that manual must be super entertaining and awesome ;P

For those interested, the project is:

Dreamkeepers Prelude Collection! (Aug 1)

They have stretch goals up to $250,000 which seems a trifle...ambitious. But the original webcomic is available here for those interested.

He forgot to add for that $5 u get a unique Privateer Press official FORUMS BADGE available only to Kickstarter backers.

Yeah i figure some might just need the manual and forum badge...
1 day and Warmachine is already almost funded though. Guess I shouldn't be surprised, looks like a Warhammer style deal where people pay vast amounts of money for board game armies to fight with. Seems like the perfect population to throw money at a kickstarter, especially with rewards that include more army for the board game.
