Got an email from devs saying they cancelled Stellarbrink and will be making a new KS for it soon.

Heh - talk about a moving target. First they drop the MMORPG-only and now it's a new KS. Probably for the best though, major game changes need careful consideration.

StarCraft Universe - a free to play MMORPG played through Battle.net. Comes from the StarCraft II mod community, and has the blessing of Blizzard. The game won't require buying StarCraft II (it will be possible to play it with the free StarCraft II: Starter Edition).

4 hours left for Balrun open world fantasy RPG Kickstarter and it's only ~1,400 $ from it's 50,000 $ goal.

And Balrum is safe, just achieved 50K with 2h yet to go

Good list thanks. There are some projects there that I missed but which I personally am interested in after looking them over, like 25 Quick & Dirty Map Tutorials.

A kickstarter I pledged $80 to just announced that instead of a popsci book they'll be making a book of poetry. I kid you not. Since the announcement went via pm, not via project update, I hope the creator was just testing the waters. That's also the reason I'm not posting the link to the project at the moment. If you've been burned, too, do tell.
