Are you considering making a DRM-free version of the game? And, if so, have you considered selling it on GOG?
I love squad-based strategy games. And, since I don't use Steam, I'd love to be able to find the game here. In fact I think it would find plenty of customers here.

Yes we have thought of going completely DRM free. And we would love to have it on GOG. I personally love GOG, and if people tell me they want it on here I will submit it. Any more questions?

Thanks for stopping in here! My usual question to KS devs is whether they will be sure to make a DRM-free version available. No-one can promise they will be on GOG, since GOG has an unknown (and often questioned) set of metrics for what games they allow. In those cases the devs will offer a direct download DRM-free, or sometimes provide such through a store with more open access, such as HumbleBundle.

If you can promise a DRM-free version to backers, then folks like me will be happy to support you. Usually the only time devs won't promise a DRM-free version is when they are married to the features of some DRM platform, or when the game is in the hands of a publisher which has no interest in providing a DRM-free version.

I'm always happy to answer questions.

Good points. Rest assured, we don't have any plan or desire to use DRM features. All I'm looking for is a store to sell the game for us. The only reason I brought up Steam is because we got greenlit so at the very least we will be on that store. But if GOG won't take us then we would try something like humble bundle.

Mythica 1(A Quest for Heroes) is already out and Arrowstorm Entertainment is looking to fund the sequel - Mythica 2: The Darkspore. Their work is impressive, not only "for indie filmmakers" but in general. They also have a nice track record - this is their 9th kickstarter campaign. Out of the previous 8 they have successfully gathered enough money 7 times. They make good stuff and people seem to trust them.
They need quite a bit this time. They've set their sights on getting $75k, but they're sitting at a little over $61k at the moment. There are still 3 days left and I sure hope they can make it regardless, but I sincerely implore you to check their campaign out and pledge if you find it worth your while.
You can get a 1080p download of the movie for $15 alongside the soundtrack and a hi-res poster.
If you want to get this movie, the previous one, and the one that will come after it, you can always pledge $45 for all three movies, soundtracks, and posters.

Elsinore

Elsinore is a time-looping narrative adventure game set in the world of Shakespeare's Hamlet.

Good-looking investigative drama with an interesting dynamic. Nearly at goal with almost a month still to go. The developers indicate that they want to provide a DRM-free copy, though the final delivery mechanism for it is at yet undecided.

I've been looking forward to this one for ages, backed it immediately, and it's great to see that after only 30 mins it's already almost funded

A couple games which didn't quite make goal are relauching their KS efforts soon in a more honed and polished state.

Unraveled: Tale of the Shipbreaker's Daughter will relaunch tomorrow, May 2nd.

Thea: The Awakening will relaunch on May 7th.

I only see steam for the PC version, so no DRM free?
