Threshold.
Threshold is a puzzle platformer game where you play as a gnomish wizard, known only as Hood, who needs to find their way through a series of mysterious doorways. All is not as it seems, however, as depending on which direction Hood faces the world changes to present different challenges.

triock: Three Monkeys - Part 1: Into the Abyss

Three Monkeys is a fantasy RPG that looks to push the boundaries of what can be achieved with audio in games. The game puts players in the shoes of Tobar: a blind hero who embarks on a journey through a dark, cursed land, where the sun has been ripped out the sky.
Looks interesting, but I guess is difficult to play for non-native english speakers
Not sure if anyone mentioned these already: Project Scissors and RetroBlazer. Only 8 days left sadly, and they barely reached the funding goal.
Edge Of Eternity

An indie tribute to J-RPG classics. Explore a universe blending fantasy with science-fiction, intense ATB battles and branching story.

The Logical Journey of the Zoombinis Remake

An extremely fun edutainment game of old being remastered for modern PCs and tablets. I know edutainment is something easily scoffed at, but this is my personal pick for the greatest example of the genre ever made.

In their FAQ they mention that they intend to provide a DRM-free version, including on GOG, so that's a plus. :)

Also, Project Scissors is starting to pick up. I really hope they'll make it, the Under the Dog Kickstarter got a huge response on their last 2 days that funded their campaign.

I was pleasantly surprised to see GOG mentioned as a distribution channel as well. I just stumbled upon their campaign while browsing through Kickstarter's game section. Glad to see someone already mentioned it here. Good eye, triock!
Some reminders on projects that are ending shortly:

Children of Morta is ending in 5 hours. It has reached many stretch goals, so I mention it just in case you want to get in on it.

Starr Mazer is very close but needs that final bit of help to reach goal. It currently has 52 hours left.

Lastly, one which hasn't been mention here, as it's not a video game, but which I have backed is Schrödinger's Cats. It too has made many stretch goals, and is ending in 5 hours, so this is just in case you want to take part.

Tahira: Echoes of the Astral Empire - Turn-Based Tactics RPG

I like the game concept on being advance wars and Final Fantasy Tactics inspired with DRM free Linux available but episodic concept does put me off quite a bit.
Titanic: Honor and Glory - Phase 3

Recreating the entire Titanic in full detail and authenticity, including the voyage and sinking
Another project nearing the end which could use a little push to reach goal:

Vidar - An RPG Puzzler Where Everyone Dies

An ambitious idea and an intriguing title, please check it out if you haven't already. Thank you!

That looks cool. I'm not too sure they can succeed, but it looks cool.
Unraveled - A heartfelt '80s adventure RPG and platformer

Based on real events, adventure through a child’s imagination as she seeks out her lost parents, with music by Hiroki Kikuta.
Nice, the Early Bird tier certainly seems worth a grab.

Still waiting for the other game about ship-breaking to show some progress...
