Both The Circus DLC and Booze & Liquor DLC included in the Season Pass 2 should be playable soon for everyone who purchased the title prior to delisting and the Season Pass 2 will remain in their GOG library.

Have you checked though, whether the three DLCs from it have been added to your account library?
Crossroads Inn - The Circus DLC
Crossroads Inn - Double Wedding DLC
Crossroads Inn - Booze & Liquor DLC
I've just discovered that the Double Wedding DLC has been added to mine, but then I had eventually bought Season Pass 2. That DLC was added to my account a day ago.
Clearly I hadn't picked up until now, about the 3rd DLC not being added yet, when it was supposed to have been added back in January ... only 10 months late.
Still waiting for the promised 4th DLC, also due sometime this year supposedly.
