what does it m,ean if there is a black square on the game I am trying to play its called creatures I used to play it when I was little. my dad brought me it he recently died so wanted to play as it reminds me off him but it has a black square on it so cant play properly :(

Is it a digital copy? Did you buy it here? Is it a disc copy? What operating system are you using?

its a download from here and I'm not very good with computers just brought this laptop as it seemed good not too sure now its a hp pavilion the newest one I think I has windows 10? I will have a look at what u posted thanks :)
