omega64: If Bioshock gets here you should definitely play it. It's great for about 2 thirds of the game.
Just don't bother with Bioshock 2, the Steam version is quite broken.

ddickinson: Is the last third of the game bad?

EndreWhiteMane: Very nice to see those games here, I have most of the ones I want but will have to look them over more carefully.
Had a nice quiet weekend with the neighbors bringing me more food than I could eat, I just don't have the heart to tell them I'm quite a good cook. They seem to think single guys have to live on peanut butter sandwiches. :-)
*big hug*

ddickinson: Glad to hear you had a nice weekend being the center of attention. I knew you would have some bunny girls over to look after you. :-)

*big silly hug*
Let's just say there's some kind of climax and that the areas after that make you collect parts for a suit.
The final boss is one of the worst. Might as well call him Hulk on drugs.

Ah, I see. But the first two thirds of the game makes it all worth while?

They are worth it.
The Climax I mentioned is amazing.
So is the game that comes before that point.

Freedom in an hour. Though I need to study for an exam.
Failed my Math exam somehow. Got a 5 instead of the required 5,5. >_<

I didn't think the last third was too bad (except the boss.) ... but it was definitely a change of pace from the rest of the game, and was a bit boring, in my opinion.
In any case, it's a great game.
Ho... I'll try to download and install it without Galaxy then... thanks all for your advice and opinions :-)

I'm curious did you turn off the giant glowing arrow at the top of your screen?
I just can't play the game with it on.

Lovely afternoon, my fellow threadians!

*big hugs*

Just wanted to take a quick look at the new release and got surprised by some 2K on the main page.

*thinking* e__e ... I think I turned it off, yeah. Too distracting. I generally try to turn off any unnecessary HUD elements if I can. I'll always keep the crosshair and health bar, but the rest is usually just in my way :-p

AgentBirdnest: ...
Me and my partner might be playing a little FTL tonight after we play some more Dark Fall 1. I will let you know what I think. I won't do my names crew run just yet, I will save those from when I am playing the game solo.

I did end up getting pretty lost though :-p
Same with System Shock 2. Despite them both having maps, I'd end up going in circles all the time...
