CarrionCrow: I'm not awake because of the sale. I'm awake just because. -laughs-
And yes, the waving is bad, whether I'm fully awake or not.

Yeah, vampires get some fun perks. If they bite people, it's just considered sexy. If I bite someone, I get tasered.
Frigging double standards...

I hope so too. We all want you feeling better, not worse.
I know, but I can still hope that you get some nice sleep soon so your eyes won't resemble your avatar.

You are just not doing it right. You have to dress all sexy and seductive, otherwise how will people know you are a vampire and not just some crazy guy going around biting people? :-)
Well the key is to just nibble, not bite. Biting is just way too messy. :-)

I am sure it is nothing at all. I just wanted to be sure what with the trial medication and me not sleeping to well at the moment.

ElTerprise: Good evening DD *big hug*
I'm doing good - how are you?
Gooden Evendass! <- Almost 100% possibly maybe kind of not but could still be real German. :-)

Glad to hear you are doing good. I am okay for the most part. Nothing I need to bother people with.

I was looking at Grim Dawn, and I was wondering: is it a nice story driven game like Diablo 2, or just mainly a hack and slash like Torchlight with little real depth to the story?

*big hug*

CarrionCrow: I'm slightly afraid that you found the new My Little Pony movie competent, but lacking compared to their earlier efforts.
Good evening. =)

How's it going?
Actually Applejack's sterling performance outshines every other character this time. Had it not been for her homely southern drawl stealing away every scene, the feature would have been a poor unwatchable mess. This is truly the shining moment of recognition for whom the true believers always knew was best poneh.

ElTerprise: Ah i see.
Better than MoS? Didn't really like MoS and i also heard some things about - let's say out-of-character-moments when it comes to dealing with baddies in BvS which didn't sound too promising....

Isn't that problem many comic adaptations have...
I didn't like MoS either, but this movie attempts to give some meaning to all the wanton destruction towards the end of that movie by making it a major plot point in this one. An attempt to redeem that excessive orgy of destruction.

Whether it suceeds, is another matter entirely.

Yes there is quite a bit of OOC with the Dark Knight... unless you're Frank Miller, then he's perfectly in character.

I just groaned a bit and chose not to dwell on it. Some people actually said they prefered it that way. It made me want to bang my head on a wall. I thought the 90's were over and done with.

ddickinson: You can be part of a club with me if you like. I have not really slept for about 3 or so days now. I have been getting a little sleep here and there, but not much at all. I am very tired, but just not enough to sleep, if that makes sense.
Have you had a nice day?
*big sleepy hug to help Moon feel sleepy*
Yep, that makes a lot of sense, I really hope you start to sleep better soon *extra big hug*
My day was ok, quite busy.

Yes, it certainly is.
But, we can have fun with it. How many fingers am I holding up? -waggles hand at you- =)

Thank you. *big thank you hug*

I can't remember if we have an insomnia badge. And I am not at my computer so I can't look. So let's just pretend I have a nice club badge to present you. With a cute panda on it as well that we made just for you.

I am glad your day was okay. I hope your busy days will pay off when it comes time for your holiday.

It really is a good game, despite being difficult as pluck.

Yes....right ;)

Thank you - alright - but atleast you're doing okay :)

So far there was not that much story to speak of yet - that might change though...but unlike Torchlight Grim Dawn doesn't seem to have randomly generated dungeons...afaik. But compared to Torchlight it seems to have better characters :)

Hm....sounds like a half-baked in-universe justification....
I thought as much when heard that - but couldn't they just do a "Dark Knight Returns" live-action movie? it's a great comic after all :)

o_O...people liked it that way...?

Question: Was Ben Affleck a convincing Dark Knight?

*bi hug for Agent for helping me up*

Sorry, I could not resist posting the picture. I am trying my best to be my usual silly self to take my mind of a few things. I will stop causing you to hiss in rage. *wonders if Agent is actually a snake wearing a helmet* o_O

I am glad you are liking the game. Soccorro gifted me FTL earlier today, so once I am feeling up to it I finally get to name the crew after the regulars here and then get them all brutally and painfully killed in a heroic space battle. :-)

I hope your day is still going good? *more big hugs*

Thank you. I did not mind Torchlight, but I did find it a little dull (in terms of the storyline) and repetitive, although I loved the aesthetics. I preferred Diablo 2 due to the nice story with the main arch and the NPCs quests. I will look into Grim Dawn a bit more and see if it catches my fancy. Another question, if you don't mind: What is the difficulty like in the game?

*big return hug*

It IS an in-universe justification, whether it's half-baked or not is in the eye of the beholder.
Personally I think it's three-quarters baked.

The Nolan movies were basically that already. If you really want to see that one as a movie, the animated one should scratch any itch you still have.

You probably can't remember, but there was a time, people liked Lobo, unironically.
The whole pòint of creating Bane, was to replace Bruce Wayne with a more exxxtreem, 90's-radical, psychotic with a punisher-like morality.

And they actually liked it, at first at least.

I actually liked him better than Bale. He's more convincing as Bruce Wayne as well.

Can't be, he doesn't strike me as the used-car salesman type.

Thank you, that one made me smile.

I have never actually seen the cartoon series, it was a little before my time, but I know who he is.

Edit: I just looked, and I never knew he was in so many comics and things. For some reason I thought it was just an old early 1980s tv series.
