AgentBirdnest: It's been kinda the opposite for me, with shooters. The ones I liked when I was young, like Wolfenstein and RoTT, I don't really like now. But the ones I only discovered recently, like Blake Stone and Blood, are new favourites :-p Not sure how to explain that one.
I'll do it... I just need to... sit around for a while first u__u

I have not played Blood yet. I have played a few FPS games that I only knew thanks to GOG (my knowledge of games is really not that good, probably as I have never had access to many what with me living in a rural area). I really liked Iron Storm and Chaser. Although both had their faults, Chaser was a little too difficult, and Iron Storm started good, in a nice setting, but soon became a little generic. But for the price they are both long games and quite fun, at least I thought so, although I know many dislike the games. Postal 2 was also quite fun, which was a little surprising as I did not think I would like it, it is not perfect, but a nice silly game. I'll do it...
