ddickinson: Are you sure? It is just one level of three dots repeating over and over again.
CarrionCrow: Exactly. Comparatively speaking, a game with those three dots could be considered a frigging revelation next to some of the digital swill I've subjected myself to.
Those dots sound more exciting than warding groupies off Shannon Tweed's stage.
It wasn't even her stage!
Nice to read about your recuperation, not so nice that you're still in such an early stage of it. But one step at a time and you'll eventually get there.
zeogold: Never again will Gameforge come knocking, knocking, knocking at your chamber door.
Funny you should mention them. I also played Runes of Magic. I even brought a character to max level, but got frustrated when I was unable to advance in the game past that. Because the many dungeons, instances and raid still left required epic level gear, which you had to craft from extremely rare drops which you only got from said dungeons, in which even the normal mobs would one hit kill you. So you had to go in a party as the load. Then you had to repeat this for about a month to craft a single item of equipment.
Or you could buy diamonds with real cash to exchange them for epic level gear.
I abandoned it like the pile of festering feeces it was.
