Actually, I appreciate the explanation. Knowing how often I misunderstand cecil, it might've been a solid half hour or so before we sorted that one out otherwise.
Besides, this is a forum. That's how things are supposed to work, you can randomly jump on something somebody else said. Such is the beauty of it.

Now at the point where, whenever this game gives me another fight I'm supposed to drop what I'm doing to clear, I just start screaming fuck you at it. Always a sign of quality gameplay right there.

Also, the game is now actively trying to screw me over. Called it.

Afternoonings!
From the conversations I've caught about Batman games, I was thinking of getting them... But these recent comments have got me nonplussed ^__^

Been interesting in Flame in the Flood, based on some review I caught - can't remember where...

So happy this week is not too busy at work, might actually be able to stay up late and play games... and only 3,5 months till Summer travels... eh... argh... *suddenly filled with a desire to beat head on the keyboard*

If you're interested in getting one of the Batman games get Arkham Asylum - the first one. The other might have a more refined combat system but Asylum is the most focused game of them.

Imho it's still the best in the series - mainly due to its setting being only the Arkham Asylum unlike its successors which are set in (parts of) Gotham City.
