kojocel: Please, Help me.

I just watched Riders of the Lost Ark for the 5928475930th time.
And I was. Blown. Away. Again.

Why does this happen to me every time I watch this immortal jewel?

Anyone?
Because it's a great movie and a 'timeless classic'? ;)

I know the feeling. Same thing happens to me whenever I watch "Weekend at Bernie's".

And now I've got the scene where the idiot woman with a bad accent has sex with a corpse and never notices that he's not alive.

Thank you SO MUCH for that...

I have two movies where I get this feeling: Clerks and Blues Brothers. Sadly my Clerks DVD has gone missing ;-(
Wolfie! *hugs wolfie*

Hm...
It's actually 9 PM here, and I am thinking whether I want to save Tandi or not.

p.s. For some odd reason, GOG won't let me post on forum with Reply button. o.O

Ya know...it's never a good sign when a game that's been doing its level best to kick your ass until you quit has a section called "Hell".

Just seems like that might be a bad thing.

Additional - missing A+ rating by 0.13 seconds isn't exactly great either.

Good evening everyone!

Tom, have you watched Snatch or lock stock and two smoking barrels?

Good evening!
As to the movies, unfortunately not yet, but both are on my "have to see sometime" list. But that one is pretty long ;-)
I don't get to watch many movies. When I have free time (like free of work AND family) I usually try to get some gaming time.
And when my wife and I take some couch/tv time it's usually tv series - since an hour is a lot more manageable than going for a movie of 120min+ length when you have to get up early in the morning.
AmI missing out on something very basic here?

My closest friend studies interior design in an art school, and he claims that these ugly stripes have more "artistic value" then these paintings...

I myself am of the opinion that artistic value should be judged from the content of the painting itself, in the latter case the admirable splendour of nature, in the first case...coulored bars..., and not from the nonsens some bad painter sucks out of his ass to somehow make it look as if his painting has a deeper meaning to it...aside the fact that the man obviously shouldn't be entrusted with a brush -_-

Short answer? Yes. Sorry.
I wouldn't "measure" artistic value, but in my eyes the striped are "more art" than your linked paintings - that undeniably show great craftsmanship and certainly some measure of art.
I'm off for some shut-eye.

Good night everybody!
low rated
Good Morning All:-)
good...ahem, evening, in my case ;) (10:00 pm here)

I and Tom were discussing the artistic merit of modern visual art. As you might see, we don't quite agree
