Everything is good, thank you. How is the day treating you so far?
moonshineshadow: good morning *morning hug* Hope you are doing fine?
And no gunsy was not here, he did not even search the freezer for ice cream while almost no one was here :-( *Return hug*
I am doing good today. It's snowing quite heavily, but at least the wind is not too strong today. How are you today?
I thought gunsynd would probably not be on. I'm sure he has more important things on his mind than a forum. But I do hope he is okay.

That's so mean. I seem to be the only one around here who normally sleeps just fine. That's just mean to exclude me from the insomnia club while letting everyone else here join. :-)
Only joking. How are you today, other than being exhausted? How are the owlets?

I'm sure he's okay, don't worry...
He might need to stay alone a little while... :-(
I only sleep for about 5 hours, and that is enough to keep me going for the whole day or hard work. I can sleep more, like on Sundays when I get a day off, but I am perfectly fine with just 5 hours.

I grew up with very early mornings and long days, so I guess I just adapted to need less sleep. Plus being outdoors and doing manual labour can actually keep you more away than an office job, as your body is more active.

There is nothing wrong with wanting more sleep. We are all different and we each need different levels of sleep. If find that if I sleep too much, that I am actually more tired throughout the day. The most I sleep is probably Saturday night/Sunday morning, when I sleep about 8/9 hours. But that's just because I enjoy spending some time off in a nice warm bed with my partner. I could quite easily get up after 5 hours like normal and enjoy the day, but my partner sleeps more than I do (about 8 hours a night), and its nice to wake up together now and then, rather than me always leaving the house at 5am.
