Tea! In fact, I think I'll really have some of that right about now. And any music is fine with me, as long as it's not jazz or classical. I have an aversion to both. :P

Edit: And rap. And heavy metal. :P

Well, there's rock. And alternative and indie music! All right, basically just give me a female singer and a piano and I'm happy. (I swear, three quarters of my cd shelf consists of just that.) :P

Yep. You don't? It's really cold in my house at the moment, as we've been having some issues with the heating, and the house is very old. Tea helps to warm me up.

Decoration in Chartres Cathedral. I'm writing it for a course on ritual spaces.

I don't really drink much, because I don't like the taste of wine and beer, and those are the most common alcoholic drinks. I do enjoy some of the stronger drinks, though.

And yes, I'm doing completely fine as well. I just started a course on Old English today, and I've already severely borked up some translations, to my own amusement. :)
I don't mind some good ale, but I'm not a fan of lager. Wine goes nice with a meal, but I don't really drink it on it's own. I'm more of a tea or water person. Boring I know. :-)

My grandmother was a historian, and she could speak and read Old English, and Anglo Saxon and some other old languages as well.

I drink loads of tea as well. :) In the weekend I often drink soft drinks, but not during the week.

That's really amazing! I think old languages are very interesting, but then I'm a language nerd. :P I've only just started the course, but hopefully my reading skills will at least be decent by the end of it.

ddickinson: I usually stick to wine these days when it comes to alcohol. I used to drink a lot more when I was a student - I could drink most guys under the table quite easily. I think it was all the home brewed alcohol my grandmother used to make, once you are used to that you can drink anything. :-)

As for music, well I don't mind most kinds, except maybe rap music, not a fan of that. So put on whatever music you like.

So wine it is, with some stronger stuff for FearfulSymmetry. And for music, 70's classic rock. Good choice. :-)

I'm drinking coffee and tea all day long... :-) so in the evening... a beer, or a glass of wine, is really appreciated...
