No real surprise it doesn't work, with GOG's track record for site (mis)management. Unfortunately its a long way off the first time they've shot themselves in the foot.

How dare you go and do offline things. It's sale time. Sit wherever you're sitting and stay there until the game lineup changes.

They're trying for a combo format, which is fun. But that does up the chance of problems.

Hey... the downloader works today, on my personal computer (windows 10...)... I won't try to understand, just cross my feathers wishhing it won't crash until my downloads are completed :)

-laughs- I was just thinking how quiet it is here. Its one of the high points of GOG's year and people are off doing 'things.' Probably their Christmas shopping and wrapping the children and making sure there's enough tinsel to eat over the next four weeks. Got to love this end of year insanity.

I'm surprised they don't completely test run all this stuff in the run up to sale time. The number of backfires they've had is a bit embarrassing.
