ddickinson: Good evening, everyone!
How are you all enjoying the sale?
Me and my partner just finished playing Richard and Alice, and it was quite good. I am not overly keen on the low resolution pixel art, but it fits the game nicely and does not take away from the atmosphere. It is only a short game, but I really liked it, even though it is quite sad (if I had known I would probably not have played it at the moment). The story is nothing too original, but still enjoyable. It has multiple ending too, which is always nice for when you are wanting to replay a game. Overall I think it is a lovely little game for the price. It is light on actual gameplay, and is nothing ground breaking, but still a nice little game.
(Please don't ask how I am today. Normally I love how caring people on here are, but today has not been the nicest of days, and I would rather not talk about it really at the moment as I am still a little emotional about it all. I am okay, it is nothing to worry about, but I had a hard day what with attending my friends funeral and giving the eulogy and some other things.)
Richard & Alice was one of the first few games I got on GOG. It's been ages since I played it but I remember quite enjoying it.
