We have... 11:38 am.
11:39 am now.

As for me, there is no bad time for cooking. It's all about wishing to do it. And having ingredients. What do you study? I know I shall get back to some programming later.

I make an environmental regulation study for a customer... I'll tell him all that he needs to know/do to be compliant regarding Environment laws :)

Some interesting things you do. I used to study Architectural Technology and Construction Management, but all that was related to environment, was how to make stuff eco-friendly. Not much about laws.

Cooking... Cooking... I guess some soup will do. With balls. Meatballs! It's cold outside.

Well, there could be so many reasons for your house to act like it does, that We might do a better job of demolishing it and building anew :P That is how much I learned.
