You want the games on GOG or just play them? If the latter, I have a Desura key for DROD 4: Gunthro and the Epic Blunder left.

tinyE: That reminds me, have you ever seen this?
Thank you! This really made me laugh. :D

I appreciate the offer, but you can save that for someone who's familiar with Desura. I'm primarily a GOG person by far.
Thank you, though. =)

l0rdtr3k: You haven't played Kingdom:The Far Reaches?
It's a really bad Dragon's Lair wannabe.So it's right up your alley.
avatar
CarrionCrow: Sheesh...thought I had pretty much all the RPG's GOG has to offer, but even after taking away all the upgrade options for one game or another, I still have 34 wishlist items to go.

Wondering if my adventure selection is just as bad...

Haven't played it yet, but I've heard awful things from more than one person.
Added it to my list within the last few weeks based on those comments. =)

You know what REALLY sucks about the Star Wars releases? No soundtracks.Come on Lucas Arts, give us the amazing soundtracks to the games.Yeah,I'm a sucker for game OSTs.

It might come around, who knows.

It's still a bit of a shock that Disney actually sat down with GOG at all, but hopefully as things progress they'll get more comfortable and the games can get more extras.
I hope Disney is happy with the sales here. I mean, how much time have we waited for those games?
Hope other companies(2K,Zenimax) see that DRM free is the way to go.

Did you just call me cheeky? And I wanted to share my cookies with you...
Oh come on, don't let something trivial like that stop you from sharing some cookies. ;-P

What kind of cookies are we talking about, btw?

OT - did you follow the latest thriller with the the prices of the latest King's Bounty games in the Regionally Priced Games thread? You were the one I immediately thought of when mrkgnao posted MaGog's report.

Not a bad list at all, we have some in common, though I've already backlogged number of your wished ones. I'm surprised you didn't get the Mount and Blade bundle on release, it was a good deal.

Yes I followed the regional-/non-regional-pricing thriller of the King's Bounty games. Shook my head in disbelieve several times. I really start to believe that GOG wants to troll me.

And I will be nice: Feel free to take some cookies!

About CarrionCrow's list: I still wonder why GOG tags the DROD games as RPGs. Except for DROD RPG: Tendry's Tale, they have absolutely no RPG elements. Instead they are pure puzzle games (and some of the best that exist by the way).

Good evening, everyone!

How are you all this wonderful evening? I hope you have all had a pleasant weekend and are all set for Monday and the start of a new week?

Wonder about the DROD games myself, but frankly have given up on trying to make sense of many things GOG lately.

Thanks for the treat, is that chocolate I spot there?

And the start of a new month!
But evening? At what time does the evening end in the UK? Or was that meant for our friends across the pond?

Hello! *hugs*

I had a very nice weekend, thank you. How was your weekend?

It was mainly aimed our our friends across the pond. I figured very few of us Old World types would still be awake.

How are you, Hyper? I hope you are doing well? Is your friend recovering nicely?
It was rather lazy. Didn't do much outside of jogging, playing RPGs and reading old "reports" linking D&D to satanism.

Not sure I get what you mean there... ;-P

I'm ok. My friend's having a rather rough time. Her left is swollen and aches, and she can't focus on anything for more than a few minutes at time because of that. And she was not given any meds, she just has to patiently wait for the side-effects to wear off, which is going to take a while.

What's the status on your mother?
