Not good, considering that there are Gold Box games that are at retail price and still cheaper than a piece of DLC.
But everyone who decides to by the Collection gets that at 50% off....

Guess they're banking on new customers more than preexisting ones. It's a valid strategy in a way, but it'll also get their DLC knocked down the priority list by quite a bit.

Which is is really unfortunate because from i heard Arcen is small but dedicated development studio...

And i guess that the Collection is actually a different item. So owning the base game + both DLC don't actually equal the collection...

It's an interesting game... quite unique. Trying to convince people to join a federation as a main quest... I am ashamed to say could never finish it... lots of funny plotting opportunities.

I think they all have different system ID's, so it all comes up differently. Kinda like how you can have all the chunks of SOTS - The Pit, and still have the gold edition show as unpurchased.

The collection apparently has an exclusive wallpaper ;) (read that on the release thread)

And my previous post was only wild guessing....i went to checkout with the collection and it mentioned that:
Please note that Last Federation, The AND The Last Federation - Betrayed Hope are included in Last Federation Collection, The but you already own these items, and will not receive another copy when you buy this pack.
So you're probably right...

I try not to think of the pit, I still have to lookup the proper order when I install it. :/
