Well i installed and started it - played for a few minutes....it looks quite nice (but i cannot see the need for that high system specs) and uses a standard turn-based combat system (i'm not overly familiar with turn-based games) but without movement points.

If that's a static image it should be no issue, I'm closer to the minimum spec that I thought, as usual my crap video card is the issue.
I like the story in this more than the tired 'post apocalyptic' one in Age of Decadence. On the other hand I know that one plays well.
