Concerning the Eisenwald specs. Apparently GOG lists the recommended specs as minimum specs. See on the Eisenwald steam page for comparison.

I noticed that but the video card is still about 10 steps better than mine. :-)

Yes. The minimum specs are still quite high. At least that explains why it works decent on my machine...
