AgentBirdnest: Lame song warning :-)
Steal My Sunshine is stuck in my head this morning... Lovely n__n

Good morning, GOG. *tips helmet*
Note to self - purchase a Nerf bat, then proceed to playfully pummel Agent silly with it.

That godsdamned song is playing now. Thanks an assload. Truly. >;P

Additional - We've secretly replaced the shit song with something better. Will the test group notice? (Silly question. Of course they will, their frigging ears won't be bleeding.)

Good day.

Currently listening to this thanks to your swap for something better :-) Pretty good.

Ever played Supreme Commander? I loaded it up today from an old CD (remember those?). Only tinkered so far, but when I get a couple of uninterrupted hours I'll make inroads.

How's your day/gaming going?

Good evening. =)

Haven't really listened to the full CD, that one song sticks out from hearing it back when MTV actually did music videos. To say it speaks to me a bit would be an understatement.

I've got it as a rental. Haven't jumped in since I figure it'll be in-depth enough to require my full attention, something that's not easy to do these days.

Can't complain here. It's a nice day so long as I can avoid the ridiculous fly swarms outside. Other than that, I think I'm making what will assuredly be lifetime friendships in the mafia thread. -giggles-

How's your day been going?
Good evening everyone. Phew....the days of weird working times are counted (for the moment)....

How are you all doing?

Not bad, considering I was woken by the demented DIYer next door and I feel like my body's disintegrating. Weird things happening in my viscera (pretty much a constant), and my mouth is being overtaken by what feels like 'alien oddities'. Got a doctor's visit on Thursday. Should be thrilling :-) If my posts suddenly become blood-spattered you'll know things have taken a turn for the better (rather John Hurt's exploding guts than a life of unending tedium).

Ugh...bad way to wake up. It's all fine and good if they want to have a project, but why get other people involved in it.

Hmm. Alien oddities. Probably sounds more interesting and fun than it is to experience.

As much as I dislike doctor's visits, I'd rather you do that than the whole abdominal detonation thing. Pure selfishness talking, it's hard to find people I don't want to club like baby seals after two minutes of interaction or less.

Thanks for the compliment :-) Although clubbing forum chumps sounds like pretty good recreation, particularly if you pull off one of their own legs for a weapon. I was reading something on a forum yesterday about Total Biscuit's sad news, and some of the comments were so disrespectful and inane I started to get angry. Amazing how people have the power to make life fantastic, or feel like the human race on a scale of 1-10 is a few rungs below whale crap.

The joy of the internet. People say incredibly stupid shit, and the people who aren't just have to deal with it since it's not possible or legal to find them, kick their door in, burn their house down and drag them behind a speeding truck over fields of cacti.

There's a lot of garbage. A LOT. But some people aren't. Not a lot, but some.

Its rejuvenating how this place is a conduit for pleasantness. Many of the people here have it in them to turn a naff day around and make it good. That makes such a difference when things feel like they're going too far sideways. It feels a bit like a rare piece of the world that hasn't been discovered yet, and therefore exploited to hilt before its trampled into the ground.

There are a lot of good people here. A frankly surprising amount, given my general cynicism.

It'll be preserved for as long as people want to be a part of it. Not going to let outside factors ruin it.
