Finally I'll only have the little one for Halloween, we traded a weekend of custody with the eldest one's dad, so... I ask that he will be with us for next year's Halloween, at least...
Now I still have to find a costume for the little one... I can't find a viking costume for toddlers, pff ! >:-|

On the "hey maybe that stress IS useless" side of things, I might be able to get into a spot in a restaurant, thanks to knowing several of the managers for several years. I'd definitely prefer to wait tables but at this point of time even scrubbing dishes sounds fine.

ElTerprise: Not a historian here but you're not entirely wrong..although the "help" wasn't that voluntarily. Sweden was pretty much encirceled by Germany after Operation Weserübung and Germany and Finland being co-belligerents. Germany was "allowed" to transfer troops through Sweden (not sure but i heard that was already used for the invasion of Norway).
So, "forced to help, otherwise you are plucked" type of deal? :-p

Yes... I have the most cute Halloween kitten e-v-e-r, plus unlimited garlic snails and frog legs for my brave soldiers (or epic chocolate, if snails and frogs are not your thing), and a fridge full of awesome belgian beers™... ):-|

I don't know the details but i guess so - plus Sweden was plucked anyway because Germany controlled the Baltic Sea and therefore Sweden was highly dependent on Germany trade-wise...
