I know of some board games that have a digital version. Carcassonne, Settlers of Catan and Ticket to Ride are among these.

Not too bad here. Thought I'd sleep, but couldn't, so I used the time to finish some tasks off early.

-laughs- Not quite. I'm just the person who tends to buy the strangest stuff. (Or the most god-awful.)

Nothing too bizarre at the moment, running through some You Must Build A Boat since I'm not ready for the time destruction that is doing a full run of Puzzle Quest 1 or 2. Some people might not think it when they hear match-3, but holy crap are those games long. Just looked and I have 62 hours racked up already for 2, and that was doing a full run with one class out of the four available.

How's your day going besides the enjoyment of what must be a good beer, based on the number of smiles involved in drinking it?

I'm sorry its hot there - I don't do hot at all. Autumn has turned the weather cooler here, a big improvement on summer.

The downloads are happening steadily. I've had a couple of spells of browser/GOG trouble and they've slowed things down, but I'm up to the Ls, which feels good. Half way numerically isn't the same as alphabetically, however - the second 50% is bigger than the first. But I've got a rhythm going and that helps.

I used to enjoy board games when I was a kid. Those and puzzles were a family thing and it was nice to sit around a table and play. I used to be a bit anti computer games (I was into sports), but they're no different, really. I get a kick out of them now, so I saw sense in the end ;-)
