And I really doubt that the strippers pimp had in mind would be of any interest to me ;-)

Hey Crow, you watch SuperGreatFriend don't ya? I just formed a tag team with the uh..."original" Bully Demise in Wrestling Revolution. Five minutes into our partnership we were challenged to a fight backstage by another tag team, an explosive randomly went off because it's an MDickie wrestling game and of course there are explosives, and Bully is now injured for the next 8 or 9 weeks. What a Bully-tastic way to start a friendship...

Guys, may I ask? Do the prices that game publishers charge for their games often change upon moving from a pre-order from to a normal purchase form after those certain games had been released? I'm planning to buy the new Star Wars Battlefront, but still holding myself back until EA charges the game to a lower price (I mean, 89.90 US dollars? I don't live at the US, and the price will definitely increase once converted to my country's currency).

I also have another game in mind that I would probably buy on GOG, which is the Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord (although I hope this game would be released on GOG as well since all the other M&B are also present here). But, if I did manage to buy the Star Wars Battlefront, I would probably not buy M&B 2. Dang it. I really like these 2 games.

FearfulSymmetry: Well, prices do tend to drop, but that might take a while. Still, if you can hold out half a year or so there might be a pretty big sale at some point. If you want to get it straightaway you will pay more, but you get the benefit of playing it immediately. If you wait, on the other hand, you might eventually able to save 50% or more, but it might take a while (we're probably talking several months at the least).

Burned out trying to get through the VLR streams, but I've seen a lot of his stuff, yes.

Wow. Dick move by the game, definitely. Now you'll have to put him in a red costume so he can do a ripoff Kane gimmick for a while.

It's okay. It is definitely meant to be a multiplayer game. It is a nice distraction, which is what I needed :-)

I don't know. We leave you Americans alone for one night and you trash the place. Oh, and I am pretty sure those strippers were actually men in drag. But on the bright side that means there was something for everyone. :-)

And just a quick reminder that tomorrow is Tom Klinkerhoffen von Flockenstuffen's birthday, and there are still some games on his top 5 list (just PM me if you want to know what games are left). He left us with short notice by being naughty and not telling us sooner that his birthday was coming up.

It was a trick to make you come out and defend yourself, which (eventually, 10 hours late) worked ;-)

Good idea! If it was Wrestling MPire Remix I could do that because you could unlock the editor in that game. I think Wrestling Revolution's editor is only available for the Pro/Paid mobile version. Until he heals I'm just stuck with a tag team partner who falls down a lot and makes ring entrances a real pain in the rear.

If you're into silly wrestling game LPs, check out EOETV's Radical Larry, especially the first run. He plays through MDickie's Wrestling MPire and it's pretty great.

aaand I'm now on a Nina Hagen binge. "but I can't sing a gospel, I'm a white chick!".

You needed to say they were male strippers, all oiled up. I am sure that would have brought most of the ladies to the party. :-)
