It is! The yoga itself can be quite intense but the feeling you get afterwards is just so awesome, it makes it all totally worth it. :P

Intense in how you challenge your body, I presume? I remember seeing a physiotherapist once who caused me intense discomfort, but later I realized how amazing what he'd done to me was. I felt so 'clean' it was like being on a high. I imagine yoga can be the same kind of thing.
