ddickinson: You give up way too easily. I am sure we can still find a way to blame it on you if we try. :-)

Do you have many more early morning and late nights to work? Do you get to chose when you work, or is it when they need you?
Well i can choose to some degree but some of the late night or early morning appointments start at ridiculous times which means that i need way more time to actually get to the starting point - especially on weekdays.

Because of that i decided to do some noon/midday/afternoon or early evening appointments for the next couple of weeks.

CarrionCrow: Good morning/afternoon/evening, everyone.

Hopefully you're all doing at least fairly well aside from health problems, unknown difficulties or taking large machines to the face.

ddickinson: *looks at clock and tried to work out time zone*

Good morning, Crow!

How are you today, did you get some decent non-keyboard sleep?

avatar
ElTerprise: We cannot :)

I hope i'm done with late night / early morning appointments. Today the trains were just more crowded than they used to be.

More hugs for you!*lots of hugs*
I really enjoy hugging you even if it's just virtual but still...

superstande: Good Morning Every One And All!

80 Days looks kinda cool. Why not the animal characters though? :p
Still it might be alright...
Ah so awesome to have a moped instead of bicycle!
Agent! May I request you to burn all the bicycles of the world? :)
We don't need them!
Hi, Super ;-)

Have you got full black leathers for your moped? You'll have to get some tattoos as well and some whiskers - its a requirement for all bikers. Glad you're enjoying horse power instead of leg power ;-)

ElTerprise: Hello Crow.
Doing good here - aside from feeling a bit tired - reasons see above :)
How are you?
Thinking it's just about time to cut all my hair off again while trying to rapidly drink my own body weight in coffee. (Will have to stop before that gets completed, it'd be an all-day activity otherwise.)
I will be saying goodbye for the day (not that I have been too talkative today). I hope you all have a lovely day!

*big hugs and waves*

I can see how the late nights and things can be a problem, especially with your studies as well. Fingers crossed things go okay and you won't be so tired.

Don't sweat the time zones. I try to get them right all the time because I'm weird, but it's not necessary. Good whenever works just fine as a greeting.

Yes, I did. It might be a side effect of getting older, but it seems that my body is at the point of punishing my dumb ass whenever I do that. Feeling like crap all day isn't a good trade-off for staying up for days doing shit of no great importance.

Howdy!
Black leathers, you say? And tattoos and some whiskers...
Well if you say so!
So I'll just go have a talk with a puma at the zoo and then on my way back whip up some tattoos and we are done!
Hope that's all?

Just chopped the hell out of my Netflix list, thinking it'd be at some kind of manageable level afterwards. It's still at 119. Guess the 8 dollars a month will continue being worth it for a while.

Stilton: Hi, Crow.

Doing well here. Getting a second PC sorted out so I'll have fewer OS issues with my growing list of games.

How's life there?
avatar
CarrionCrow: Good plan. One of my roommates has a computer that's really only viable on any level because it still has XP in its guts. Have told them repeatedly that I have dibs on it whenever they decide they want it out of their room.

Pretty quiet here overall. Fiddling around on the computer while getting my drug levels back to normal. Usual stuff.
I'm still surprisingly comforted (if that word can be used in conjunction with any Microsoft product) by both how well XP handles games and just how many games work on it. It makes absolute sense to have an XP machine to guarantee continued pain free access to a large chunk (investment) of games. But things is moving on, so a Win7 machine is also sensible. I haven't decided whether to update to 10 yet - its probably prudent to wait a while longer and see if any major problems come to light. XP and 7 are a very useful combo, though, and should keep me happy for some time yet.

Concerning Windows 10. I did the upgrade to it quite early on and while it's really stable on one machine (and i quite like it - definitely much better than 8.1 imho) i had some issues on my laptop (and it was missing some drivers). I'd suggest to at least until the first big update arrives which is scheduled for this autumn...

Do you know if the rumour I read is happening next month, that netflix is abandoning some of its movie content?
I'm not sure if it's global or if it's really gonna happen...
