moonshineshadow: Ah... It seems I am really not feeling well. How could I forget about that :D *hides*

How about you use it on yourself, since you seem tired? :P
Can't find the right balance for myself - I either strike too softly which does nth, so I repeat it and get a headache in the end, hence can't sleep, or too hard which causes the headache from the beginning; either way, I end up with a headache on top of the insomnia.

But I'm great when it comes to others. So don't be shy, give it a try.

Nah, my headache finally reduced to being very mild. So I'll decline. I hope you are not offended but I never saw you using that method so I am not trusting you enough. Perhaps you can show it to me by using it on someone else first ;-)
Or you give me that hammer and I try it on you :P
Last time my brother tried it,he opened a warp portal and now he joined the Dark Mechanicus.
Motherfucker is trying to make me a Defiler.
Have you tried turning on and off?

tinyE: Last time I tried that this happened!

So, you don't trust me enough in spite of my many years of experience, yet you expect me to trust you, a complete newb, with my head? Yep, you're definitely not well, and I don't think that sleep is the right treatment for your condition. ;-P

You might be right ;-)
But I still decline your hammer method. I would prefer to sleep without such methods. So I'll just hang out here with you and the others until I am either sleepy or need to go to work :D

EndreWhiteMane: They're all pretty dumb but have to do with confrontations or problems of some sort that just never get resolved. Be like dreaming of jigsaw puzzles that you just can't fit the last few pieces into. You wake up exhausted and just stressed as hell, then it still takes 15 minutes or so to get out of the dream and back to reality even though you're wide awake. Yuck. Been about 3 years now that I've been having them.

HypersomniacLive: Yikes, that does indeed sound very tiresome and stressful. And 3yrs? That's a bloody long time to be fighting in your sleep! Do you know why you have them? Any of your meds the culprit?
Ever since I went to the hospital in January of 2012 with what used to be called a 'nervous breakdown', now they have 30 different terms for it. Same visit that I found out I had heart problems. :/
Been on a few different meds since then so it's not them. Seems it's just how my brain works now. No one can explain it, least of all me. Coincidentally, that was exactly 3 years ago today. Weird.

I still have those once in a while, I woke up laughing the other day though I can't remember the dream.
My dog was standing there looking at me as though to say "What? I don't get the joke." :-)

That is awesome :D
It is good that you have them at least sometimes. Even if you have this already for three years, I hope it will improve and you'll have more good sleep in the future :-)

I've been seeing a therapist once a month and we're working on it. For now I just accept it for what it is. ;)
Thanks for the well wishes. *hug* ;)

Ah, perhaps the diagnosis of your heart condition on top of the nervous breakdown is linked to them?

3yrs to the day, eh? Weird indeed, and not an anniversary to celebrate.

Really sorry you're dealing with this, must be as bad as insomnia.

Thanks, it's not fun but I make the best of it. "Life on Life's Terms" as they say. ;)
Any idea what causes your insomnia? Memories invading, or just a goofy brain like mine.? :/
And thank you very much for giving me worms! :-O

Life on Life's Terms - never heard of it before, cheers.

My brain does not have an off switch, so worries, sorrows, thoughts, memories keep it busy way too much, and the past two years have had plenty of them.

And you're welcome! Still can't fathom the happiness worms bring to people. ;-D

Does it help you to talk about the stuff that keeps your mind busy? If you want tell us about them :-) *hug*
