Howdy! ...this is my new greeting style :)
Doing alright, trying to relax and charge batteries to start gaming a bit more.
*slightly overwhelmed with choices*
Satellite Reign looks okay, but the city streets just seem a bit... too unpopulated... maybe I'm judging it wrong.
Are things good there?

Two brand new tires and the hatchback can be opened once more again.
All I'm waiting now is for the punchline to this day long joke.

Me: Dude, if you can't possibly tell whether you're being downrepped every damn day, or just when you bash steam, I'd say this right here is a problem.

Some very nice ladies came by to change their radio.
Once they left what followed was an immediate appreciation of the values of feminity in ways that only a car mechanic is able to. I won't attempt to reproduce it here, since it would invariably be lost in translation. Suffice to say it was lyrical.

But I can concur that it's one of the very view games that manage to combine open world gameplay with a compelling story. The other example would be (for me) Morrowind, though it achieves this in a different way: Throwing you in the cold water and leaving it up you to make sense of all the things happening.
But while I really love open world games just for the hiking/sightseeing aspect (I like GTA and it's gang members too), I am also fond of densely told stories, like in i.e. Planescape: Torment (also one of my favourites of all time) or a good adventure game.

The punchline was delivered.
It was below the belt.

It's probably not a sign of good health to be talking to a recording of a Twitch stream. Still doing it, though.
Apparently I remember enough of Fallout Tactics to get irrationally impatient at a new player learning the mechanics.

Then went off to imply that it was the game's fault for not labelling the keys properly.
Screaming is the least you can do.

It just struck me that the person was very new with the game. They had plenty of energy, they were interested, they were trying, all of which are good things. Maybe they were just used to the more hand holding style of a lot of newer games. Pretty sure Tactics came out over 10 years ago.

Well, to be fair, how many keys do you have that fit more than one door? I only have one and that's a front/back door thing, so unless that was also the case in this game, I can see how one might be somewhat confused.. :P
