I've been tinkering with the nook all day, just because, and I found out that if I forced the latest version of the launcher app to landscape mode, then loaded any of the stock apps, the launcher wouldn't load again, locking me out of all the other applications.

And opera classic doesn't have a button for landscape mode. CURSES!

Well i started my linux life with Ubuntu and hated Unity switched to Xubuntu and i like XFCE but it had some issues with my pc...and after trying Cinnamon (it's nice) i tried KDE. And while it's a bit overwhelming at first - i really like it.

But i'm still a newbie to Linux after all....

I never really got into linux, the evil that is make kept me away. I know that apt has made things a lot easier, but I'm still traumatized.
