CarrionCrow: Not even close. -laughs- Just some random weirdo on the internet, that's me. ;)

Stilton: I admire honesty, even if it makes me look over my shoulder when it starts to get dark...
Thanks to a ball-park estimate from Google, I can say that there's about 4,830 miles between your location and mine. So no worries. =)
Thanks everyone. You're gonna make me cry :-)
*hugs everyone*

Is it Black Christmas where the heroine (Margot Kidder?) gets a phone call from the man stalking her from inside her own house? Wait a second, I'm just going to check upstairs.... ;-)

Stilton: That's exactly the image I had in my mind when I wrote an earlier post (#56) on this thread. Funny and nice how it feels like that here. I wonder if CarrionCrow looks like Ted Danson....

j0ekerr: So who's Kirstie Alley? And do we get a Frasier Crane?

Stilton, I have the perfect role for you. You get to play Cliff Clavin.
AAAGGHHH!! I get the POSTAL WORKERRRRRR!!!!!! AAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

I used to work for the post office. All night job, winter, nothing but a gigantic room full of data entry terminals. No music, nothing to break boredom, the terminals were set up so you couldn't see your inputs and had to go by feel alone. Easy to see how people could go a little nutty doing that night after night.

Not a problem. You've got crap you have to deal with all the time. As a result, you're not always going to be at some illusory super-perky, super-upbeat level all the time. Hell, no one is, unless they're taking something. -laughs-
If you're having a shit time, it's okay to mention it.

Well, I'm off to actually play some games. Have fun kiddies, but be nice, or the old grumpy men will find a new use for the dot matrix printers in their attics as projectile weapons.

Does anyone exercise while they're on the forum?

If I'm feeling 'chair-shaped' from having been on my backside for too long I get up and do some pushups and running on the spot for a couple of minutes. I think it helps my PC posture, as well - I remember mentioning headaches that were posture-related.

Playing in between typing already.
Isn't everyone? ;)
Have fun with the games. We won't tell the Blind Hoarders faction that you don't just keep them on your computer untouched. -laughs-

If it helps you, let it out.

I get up and stretch a bit as needed. Otherwise it's stiff neck, back pain and legs that don't want to work after a while.

And now, the climactic finale....after botching any chance at stealth, after breaking into the computers in the midst of a gunfight to obtain side quest info, after killing a veritable shit-ton of security personnel, can our intrepid shadowrunners make it out before the entire building explodes?
Putting odds at 50/50....-laughs-

Just been trying Stealth Bastard Deluxe and got my butt kicked in the tutorial. I like this game, it makes me think out of my usual spheres and still gives me a hard time. And its funny when the little arsehole gets made into jam, which in my case is about every ten seconds.

People were talking about DLC Quest earlier. It seems a bit light on content to me, but at the current Humble price it could be worth a go...

Time to sighn out, folks. Have a good day/night wherever you are :-)

Yeah, Stealth Bastard isn't going to be easy. j0ekerr generously gifted it to me earlier, and I could already see that death was going to be a frequent thing.
DLC Quest seems like a nice little timekiller. Nothing too involved, but pretty good for what it is.

Goodnight to you as well. Glad you fought through the idiocy and got your package taken care of. =)

Good night everybody!
Just a little message to say that I've read all my today's 10 pages late :)
From bed, because I'm a bit exhausted.
I'm glad that Stillton had a happy end with his postal affair!
I wish you all à good afternoon / evening / night / whatever
And I joint Agent Birdnest's group hug... I hope you feel better now Agent... and as it has been said earlier, don't hesitate to share your thoughts and feelings here, even the bad ones; they are better outside than inside (not well said, I hope you'll get the idea... I forgot to turn on my brain again...)
Nighty night, all !! :-*
I survived my Annual Performance Review at work today. Bad: No Raise. Good: Still have a job.

It's always an interesting meeting. My supervisor is 10 years my junior, and doesn't have a clue what I do.

And that's why you won't see a raise any time soon, he's insecure. ;-)

Howdy folks, one very tired human here. Installed and setup a security camera then helped deliver about 1000 pounds of food and gifts to families in need.
Finally getting around to making something to eat and relaxing. I see Stilton found his package, more speculating about Galaxy and PateAlf wants to start a controversy, probably with the help of our resident skwewy wabbit. Looks like you all have had a good day. :-)
