*screams like a merciless drill sergeant (but with a hint of transvestite love for male bodies)*

I did some 9 hours of sleep... okay I got the last hour semi-consciously turning about in the bed... but I had to make sure there was enough resting.
*goes to make more coffee*
oh btw. To get a bit back to the Anime/Nippon theme:
I read in an online indie movie magazine (that also did reviews of games)...
They argued that why Japanese Culture had such a fascination (is that the right word?) for those huge monsters... Kaijus I think they are called... It might originate from their need to deal with the Hiroshima and Nagasaki nuclear horror. I've been to Hiroshima and I'd say that might be true. Not trying to become political here. I just see it rather fascinating I suppose... to create these monsters in movies and culture... who can be either a huge mad threat, or they can be The Mother Nature getting back at the Dark Side Of The Mankind that is threatening to destroy the planet... Ah, I put it so much worse than in the article. Maybe I should find some better quotes if anyone is interested. Anyhow....
how culture is used to deal with past collective tragedy, and it might evolve into strange and even ridicilous-looking forms, yet it might have a healing, even inspiring effect.
